Data Management

Data come in multiple formats. In some cases data consist of numerical values measured by a piece of equipment, in others, they are unstructured text, or a collection of structured survey reponses, images, video or audio recordings. Managing data means collecting, describing, organizing, analzying, appropriately storing, and preserving your data for re-use. Data Management Plans are an excellent way to think through those actions and select consistent, reproducible approaches for each of them. The Data Management Program is here to assist you and provide services at every stage, planning and beyond.
