Legislative Tracking

    Congress.gov has legislation (2001 - present), member profiles (2001 - present), Congressional Record (2001 - present). This is a functional beta version; plans are for it to include all of the content of Thomas from the Library of Congress.
  • GovTrack.us
    GovTrack tracks congressional activity; it is a free legislative tracking service providing open data for government information. The data is assembled from official government sites like THOMAS (http://thomas.loc.gov/). The data is available as xml files.
  • Sunlight Foundation
    Sunlight Foundation is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization that uses internet tools to provide free and open government information. It includes a Lobbyist Registration Tracker, a Follow the Money tracker tracking spending, and more. Widgets provide real time updates.
